taken apart
I was lying on my bed in the middle of the day. I was looking over at the adjacent wall. The wall and everything within my vision broke up into perfect grid with each square being about 4'x4'. The squares revealed themselves as cubes, as they slowly twisted apart from each other and moved in different directions. Everything came apart in cubes, drifting away steadily, leaving nothing but black space behind them, a endless lightless void. It was amazing at first, but as the vision progressed I got more and more scared that my world was morphing into a endless black void. I shook my head to clear the vision, refocusing my eyes. The wall and everything was back in it's place. I was relieved. I like exploring but that was further can I was willing to go. This piece is influenced by, but is not an exact representation of this story. It does a good job of getting the idea across.
